As a center for inclusive education for children with disabilities, Arushi strives for the integrated education of these children in regular schools with other children. To facilitate this, Arushi does the following:-
- Prepares these children for integrated education.
- Provides part-time special education to those who require it along with their regular integrated schooling.
- Provides computer and Braille literacy to the visually impaired students studying in regular schools.
- Extends counseling for parents.
- Employs specialized teaching staff.
- Provides reader service for the visually impaired and blind. Volunteers read out newspapers, textbook, magazines and other literature to them.
